Maria Lavman Vetö has been experimenting with digital media and interactivity since the mid-1990s. In 1995, she participated in Scandinavia's first Internet exhibition "reevolution" along with seven other artists.

The work "Nothing separates them" is made in a special teletext software and was shown digitally at The International Teletext Art Festival ITAF2015. The exhibition was shown for a month on German television, ARD Text, ORF TELETEXT, Swiss Text and arte Teletext.

The artwork live at ARDtext

The International Teletext Art Festival ITAF2015 was also presented at Ars Electronica Festival 2015: Postcity. Ars Electronica is an Austrian institute for art in new media based in Linz. As one of a dozen invited artists from around the world, Lavman Vetö was invited to hold an Artist Talk in front of the picture projected on a giant wall surface.

Now, "Nothing Separates them" is available as a digital pigment print here at ed-art.se!
