At ed. art you choose whether to pay by credit card or invoice (invoice only within Sweden). Both methods of payment are managed by Payson.
We offer invoice payment with PaysonFaktura in collaboration with Payson AB. The payment terms are 14 days and the invoice will incur a charge of 20 SEK. To order by invoice, you must be over 18 years old and be registered in Sweden, and approved in the credit check conducted at the checkout, or have a registered company in Sweden. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify at the time of purchase. If the payment is late, we will send you a reminder with a reminder charge of currently 60 SEK will be added. We charge a default interest of 2 percent per month from the due date. In case of default the matter subject to statutory debt collection. The debt collection fee is currently 180 SEK. Payson reserves the right, in individual cases, refuse the delivery and review the client's creditworthiness.
All prices quoted include 25% VAT, and exclude shipping.
Delivery within Sweden costs 200 SEK. Both framed and unframed works can be picked up at ed. art on Hagagatan 14 in Stockholm free of charge.
Expect about a week for delivery from the day you place your order if you have ordered a work without frame. If you have added a frame, you should expect the double.
Within Sweden, we ship with Postnord MyPack Home. Read more on the "Shipping" page.
Shipping within the EU, to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the US and Canada is 500 SEK. Contact us for other destinations. We ship with Fedex to these countries. ed. will not cover extra customs or handling charges, or VAT added by the country of destination. On sales to countries outside the European Union, Swedish VAT is deducted.
Returns and regrets
After having received your parcel, you have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days. Contact us as soon as you can, and we will find the easiest way to return the artwork. The cost of returning the parcel will be paid by you.
You have no right to regret the purchase of a framed work, since the frames are custom made upon your request. If you are unsure about buying an artwork, we advise you to order it without a frame.
