We have two shipping options in Sweden:
- Shipping with Postnord MyPack Home (200 SEK for purchase under 5,000 SEK): The shipment is delivered to your home. You will receive a message where you can choose a time interval for delivery. You must be at home and show ID in order to receive your package. If you do not have the possibility to receive your package at home, it will be delivered to your closest pickup point.
- Pick-up at ed. art (free): You can always choose to pick up your framed or unframed artwork at ed. art, Hagagatan 14 in Stockholm. Opening hours are 12-18 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Shipping to EU countries, Switzerland. Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Canada and the US is 500 SEK. Orders outside of Sweden are shipped with FedEx. The customer will pay possible customs charges or added VAT. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.
Delivery time and packing
Expect about a week for delivery from the day you place your order if you have ordered a work without frame. If you have added a frame, you should expect the double. Sometimes customs handling will affect delivery times negatively, this is something we unfortunately cannot control. During Swedish summer vacations (the month of July) delivery will take longer. Please check under "News" for more details.
If you order a unframed work, it is packed in double cardboard folders. The print is wrapped in tissue-paper and taped inside the folder. This means that even though the corners of the folder might be squashed, your work is safe from harm. Even so, be careful when opening the folder.
An unframed artwork on its way to a new owner
After having received your parcel, you have the right to regret your purchase for 14 days. Contact us as soon as you can, and we will find the easiest way to return the artwork. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
You have no right to regret the purchase of a framed work, since the frames are custom made upon your request. If you are unsure about buying an artwork, we advise you to order it without a frame.
