Jenny Olsson

Jenny Olsson's motifs are often taken from nature and there is often a photographic original that has been transformed into a intaglio print. But she also explores and experiments with the material of the print itself to find new paths.

Olsson is one of the most recognized artists of our time in the field of printmaking; her intaglio prints were recently purchased for the Moderna Museet's collections. She is also one of our foremost printers who has assisted, among others, Karin Mamma Andersson and Lena Cronqvist in their work with printmaking. She is a lecturer at the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts and a member of the board of Grafikens hus.
