Shipping policy

Within Sweden, there are several shipping options:

  • Delivery to the nearest DHL agent
            Free for unframed artwork
            100 SEK for framed artwork
  • Home delivery with Postnord Home
            100 SEK for unframed artwork
            250 SEK for framed artwork
            The shipment is delivered to your home. You will receive a text message where you can choose a time interval for delivery. You must be at home and be able to identify yourself to receive your package. If you are unable to receive your package at home, it will be sent to the nearest agent.
  • Collection of art (free): You can choose to pick up your framed or unframed artwork yourself at Timmermansgatan 40 in Stockholm at no extra cost. Opening hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-18.

Framed artworks two-three weeks

During the summer and Christmas holidays, we extend our delivery times. See updates under "News". Please contact us if you have any special requests regarding delivery.

If you order an unframed work, it will be packed in a thick cardboard folder. The work will be wrapped in tissue paper and taped inside the folder. This means that even if the corners of the package get a nick, your artwork will still be fine. However, be careful when opening the folder.

Outside Sweden

Shipping within Europe is free to your local DHL service point for unframed works and 150 SEK for framed works. Find your nearest one here.

Fedex delivers to home addresses in Europe, Canada and the USA and costs 200 SEK for unframed works and 500 SEK for framed works.

ed. art does not pay any customs and handling fees on international shipments or additional VAT. However, keep in mind that the prices on ed-art.se are stated as standard with Swedish VAT, which is deducted when you enter an address outside the EU, so the VAT you do not pay in Sweden you will pay instead upon import into your own country.

Customs processing to countries outside the EU can take time, which is something for which ed. art cannot be held responsible.
