We have two shipping options in Sweden:

  • Shipping with Posten's value package (200 SEK for purchase under 5,000 SEK): Posten's value package is handled with extra care and is insured. This means, however, that the packages must be retrieved by the addressee with an ID-card at the nearest Postnord business center (Företagscenter) i.e. not you local parcel pick-up point (paket-/postombud). More about value parcels at postnord.se

  • Pick-up at Ramverkstan (free): Whether you choose to buy an unframed or framed artwork, you can always choose to pick it up at Ramverkstan at Birger Jarlsgatan 99 in Stockholm. Opening hours are 9-17 on weekdays. This is also a good choice if you want to discuss framing with an expert before choosing!

You are of course more than welcome to come to our showroom on Hagagatan 14 during our opening hours on Thursdays or by appointment, and buy the product directly from us!

Shipping to EU countries, Switzerland. Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Canada and the US is 500 SEK. Orders outside of Sweden are shipped with FedEx. The customer will pay possible customs charges or added VAT. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

Delivery time and packing

Expect about a week for delivery from the day you place your order if you have ordered a work without frame. If you have added a frame, you should expect the double. Sometimes customs handling will affect delivery times negatively, this is something we unfortunately cannot control. During Swedish summer vacations (the month of July) delivery will take longer. Please check under "News" for more details.

If you order a unframed work, it is packed in double cardboard folders. The print is wrapped in tissue-paper and taped inside the folder. This means that even though the corners of the folder might be squashed, your work is safe from harm. Even so, be careful when opening the folder.

Returns policies

After having received your parcel, you have the right to regret your purchase for 14 days. Contact us as soon as you can, and we will find the easiest way to return the artwork. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

You have no right to regret the purchase of a framed work, since the frames are custom made upon your request. If you are unsure about buying an artwork, we advise you to order it without a frame.
